To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online stores or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, business EIN, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide in our stores is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. National Boiler Supply reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until National Boiler Supply confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as National Boiler Supply may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. Factory Allocation Rule: All heavy commercial machinery, custom boiler configurations, water heaters, and ASME storage tanks are non-cancelable and non-refundable once manufacturer allocation, component assembly tracking, or factory routing has been initialized at the supplier plant.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Commercial Intention & B2B Status: By purchasing from National Boiler Supply, you explicitly represent and warrant that your purchases are for commercial, industrial, professional, institutional, or jobsite contractor use, and are not intended for personal, family, or household consumer use. This policy applies to commercial purchases and does not extend consumer return rights that may apply to residential retail transactions in other contexts.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made at our stores. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such payment method for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your financial provider, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping, handling, and pass-through carrier accessorial charges.
Shipping Risk & Claims Process: By executing a transaction on our platform, you acknowledge that shipping risk transfers to you under FOB Origin terms as described in Section 5. For claims relating to shipping transit damage, delayed delivery, or concealed defects, you agree to first pursue resolution through the inspection and claims process defined in our Shipping Policy before pursuing other remedies. This helps ensure freight claims are handled promptly and correctly with the carrier and manufacturer.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, LOGISTICS, & EXCLUSION OF JOB-SITE DELAY LIABILITY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times and transit estimates provided are approximations only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, manufacturers, customs processing, supply chain backorders, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you under strict FOB Origin terms.
Disclaimer for Project/Job-Site Delays: National Boiler Supply is not responsible or liable for project delays, construction setbacks, or operational interruptions arising from shipping or delivery timing. Equipment is sold on an equipment-only basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for idle labor costs, mechanical contractor or installation crew fees, equipment rental charges (e.g., cranes, riggers), contractual penalties, or liquidated damages caused by delayed, missing, or freight-damaged shipments. We strongly advise against scheduling installation crews or dismantling existing mechanical infrastructure until your order has arrived on-site, been thoroughly unboxed, and verified as complete and undamaged.
