The Caleffi NA546M Series DISCALDIRTMAG® is an all-in-one commercial air, dirt, and magnetic separator designed for high-performance hydronic heating and cooling systems. By combining continuous micro-bubble air elimination with a high-capacity dirt collection chamber and a powerful magnetic field, it provides total system protection, prevents component wear, and maintains peak heat transfer efficiency across large-scale commercial networks.

Key Performance Features:

  • Triple-Action Protection: Simultaneously eliminates micro-bubbles down to micron size, traps non-magnetic debris, and captures fine magnetite (black iron oxide) via a powerful external neodymium magnetic band.
  • Zero System Downtime: The bottom blowdown drain valve allows accumulated dirt and ferrous debris to be safely flushed out of the collection chamber while the hydronic system remains fully operational under pressure.
  • Ultra-Low Pressure Drop: Engineered with a high-volume internal chamber that minimizes flow resistance, ensuring consistent flow rates and reducing pumping energy costs over the lifespan of the system.
