The ZORO SELECT - ZUSA-PF-7998 is a straight adapter steel instrumentation pipe fitting with a zinc galvanized coating for basic corrosion resistance. It is constructed from carbon steel and designed with male threaded connections on both ends, rated for use with pipe sizes of 1/8 inch nominal diameter. The fitting connects instrumentation tubing and low-pressure piping systems, and is suitable for use with compatible piping and systems for air, hydraulic fluid, natural gas, non-potable water, oil, and steam within specified pressure ratings. Its galvanized finish extends service life in industrial and outdoor settings, though it does not provide the corrosion resistance of stainless steel for aggressive or high-temperature environments.
