This premium inline air eliminator features a heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant brass body housing Taco's patented stainless steel PALL ring basket assembly. By utilizing advanced coalescence dynamics, the flowing fluid splits across the massive surface area of the PALL rings, forcing microscopic bubbles as tiny as 15 microns to effortlessly cling together, grow, and float cleanly out of solution.
Engineered with an innovative deep conical venting chamber, the 4900 series isolates the automatic float mechanism and venting valve well above the normal fluid level. This specialized layout shields the internal gearing from floating sludge, rust scale, and system debris, drastically reducing fouling or failure risks. With true bidirectional flow capabilities, an integrated 1/2" bottom tapping for streamlined expansion tank mounting, and absolutely zero straight run pipe prerequisites, this separator saves critical installation footprints in cramped mechanical spaces.
