Constructed and certified per ASME Section VIII, Division 1 code standards, the AX-30 features a premium deep-drawn dome engineering design that offers double the physical strength of traditional head-and-shell designs while minimizing systemic weld points. The internal architecture features a heavy-duty, fixed butyl diaphragm that permanently separates the system fluid from the pre-charged air chamber, preventing waterlogging and maintaining structural system balance. Outfitted with a heavy-gauge steel shell and factory-finished with a rugged red-oxide primer layer, this inline commercial expansion tank ensures continuous thermal expansion protection and rigid building code compliance.
