The Caleffi QuickSetter™ 132 Series static balancing valve provides fast, precise setting and checking of flow rates for fluid supplied to terminal units, radiant networks, and multi-zone commercial hydronic systems. Proper loop balancing ensures the entire system operates efficiently to targeted mechanical engineering specifications, optimizing thermal performance while keeping energy consumption down.
Designed with a built-in flow meter housed in an isolated bypass circuit, the internal components are kept out of the main stream during normal operation. This unique design prevents scaling, rust fouling, and general system debris from coating the sight window over time. Pulling the manual bypass ring instantly registers a clear, direct GPM flow scale reading, allowing operators to balance circuits on-site without needing specialized digital differential pressure gauges.
