The Caleffi DISCALDIRTMAG™ Series 5461 commercial air, dirt, and magnetic separator combines high-efficiency micro-bubble deaeration with a powerful magnetic particle trap. Engineered specifically to protect large central heating plants, heat exchangers, and high-efficiency commercial boilers, this multifunction unit continuously captures and discharges both air bubbles and microscopic impurities down to 5 microns while the mechanical system remains in full operation.

Equipped with a powerful, removable external neodymium rare-earth magnetic collar, the DISCALDIRTMAG achieves a massive 2.5 times the removal performance of standard, non-magnetic inline separators. By trapping 100% of the ferrous impurities, magnetite, and black iron oxide sludge circulating within older or demanding B2B piping networks, it prevents component blockages, eliminates pump wear, and maintains structural system thermal efficiency.
