The Honeywell / Resideo VR8345M4302 Universal Combination Gas Valve is an all-in-one universal electronic ignition gas control engineered for maximum field adaptability. Designed for heavy-duty use in gas-fired heating appliances, this single-stage, standard-opening valve is fully compatible with 24 Vac Intermittent Pilot (IP), Direct Spark Ignition (DSI), and Hot Surface Ignition (HSI) systems. By integrating a manual shutoff valve, dual automatic operators, an adjustable pressure regulator, and a pilot connection safety interface into a single compact footprint, it acts as the ultimate replacement cross-reference for hundreds of legacy boiler and furnace controls.
Key Performance Features:
- Universal Field Cross-Compatibility: Engineered to field-replace a massive array of standard 24V heating matrix valves. Out of the box, it supports direct heating configurations ranging from 30,000 up to 415,000 BTU/hr capacities.
- Complete LP Conversion Kit Included: Shipped factory-set for standard Natural Gas lines, but includes a certified complete Liquid Propane (LP) conversion kit along with two 3/4" x 1/2" reducer bushings to simplify plumbing layout adjustments.
