The SHARKBITE UR2008 is an inline 2-way check valve for water systems. It uses a swing check mechanism to allow flow in one direction and closes to restrict reverse flow. The brass body, push-to-connect ends, and horizontal or vertical mounting options support use in general plumbing and piping applications where a check valve for directional flow control is specified.
