The patented Taco LoadMatch® Twin-Tee® is a specialized high-efficiency single-pipe hydronic component engineered to completely replace standard dual-tee primary/secondary piping configurations. Custom-built to streamline large-scale commercial networks, this single fitting block cuts required field pipe joints in half, dramatically minimizes path leak risks, and maintains a completely decoupled secondary circuit for uncompromised thermal consistency.

Internal Flow Isolation & Installation Reductions:

• Zero Ghost-Flow Decoupling: Engineered to keep individual zone circuits fully hydraulically independent. When the local terminal pump is idle, flow in the secondary circuit remains at absolute zero, preventing drift or parasitic heat distribution.
• Short-Circuit Fluid Baffle: Features a robust, factory-cast internal barrier dividing the supply and return streams, ensuring secondary loop exhaust fluid cannot short-circuit directly back into its own local zone intake line.
• Bidirectional Primary Adaptability: Specially built to allow absolute primary circuit flow reversals during seasonal switchovers while flawlessly maintaining identical, correct flow orientation across terminal unit fan coils or heat pumps.
